The home is two levels with the kitchen, living room, and half bath on the main level, and three bedrooms and two additional bathrooms on the lower level. You enter the home through the front door or garage on the main level. The lower level walks out onto a patio with private hot tub overlooking the national forest. Curl up to one of two cozy fireplaces after a day on the slopes!
Sleeping Arrangements:
BEDROOM #1 - Owner Suite - King bed with HDTV, gas fireplace, and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2)
BEDROOM #2 - Queen bed with HDTV - Shared bath with bunk room (sleeps 2)

Shuttle – The Breckenridge shuttle route is located 0.2 miles (approximately 2 blocks) on Ski Hill Road next to the Nordic Center.
Guest have access to the entire home (with the exception of a few owner's closets), including hot tub, laundry, and heated garage.
The washer and dryer are located on the same floor as the bedrooms.
Uber and Lyft are a short ride to town.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude. There is also little to no humidity at this altitude. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.
